He graduated from the University of Tennessee of Knoxville in 1996. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree while he was there. He graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Alabama in 2000. There he earned his Juris degree graduating with honors. He did not waste any time earning his degrees. The odd thing is he had his own law practice which he gave up to join the Hodges, Doughty, and Carson law firm as an associate lawyer which seems like a step back. Usually, lawyers join a law firm and then branch out into their own law practice.
He is a member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Lawyers. His practice concentrates on criminal defense which includes drunk driving issues, felonies, misdemeanors, juvenile cases, and vehicle moving violations. He has his fingers in a little bit of every area of the law. He is a fiery litigator that won’t let go until he wins the case.
